ohm Cloud Compute’s Expression of Interest goes live

David Cervantes, Vice Chairman at CBRE, announced that CBRE and OHM Cloud Compute have brought to market a 3.75 GW first release of large-scale AI compute campuses in Alberta, with 2027 and 2028 energization slots available. The platform combines shovel-ready campuses with fibre connectivity, 14 Tcf of owned natural gas backing fixed-price PPAs, and repeatable 50 MW, 100 MW, and 200 MW capacity blocks designed to scale past 1 GW, all drawn from a 12 GW development pipeline. The release targets developers, hyperscalers, neoclouds, and end users seeking significant near-term AI capacity in Alberta, with interested parties directed to contact the team to begin the Expression of Interest process.
