Data centres current global demand of 450 terawatt-hours to rise to 1,200 TWh by 2035 and 3,700 TWh by 2050. In the US alone, data centre power demand will triple in less than 10 years, but faces 7-year delivery cycle. Renewable energy sources fuel growth but traditional energy sources are still half of supply.
